MediCodio was founded by Umesh Vaidyamath and Raj Vaidyamath with a vision to simplify the complexities of medical coding. Coming from technology backgrounds, they recognized how manual, error-prone coding slowed down healthcare and set out to transform it with innovation and precision.

Jessica Miller, a founding member and Product Evangelist, played a pivotal role in shaping MediCodio into an intuitive, effective platform that empowers coders with speed and accuracy.

In March 2025, MediCodio took a strategic leap by acquiring Mindseeker Inc.’s medical coding professional services division. This milestone brought seasoned leader Amanda Chuderewicz on board to head our Professional Services, blending expert human oversight with AI-powered efficiency.
